Your office party, run by people who do this for a living.
Not by whoever said yes.
We plan and run Christmas parties, offsites and team-building events for companies of 20–500 people venue, catering, vendors, activities, timeline and day-of management, all handled by us.
Your HR or office manager gets back the 15–20 hours a DIY event usually eats.

18 hrs
average internal time saved per event
Planning it internally always costs more than it looks like it does.
Nobody budgets for the hours. They just disappear out of someone's actual job, usually in the busiest quarter of the year.
01
15–20 hours gone from a job you actually hired for
Quotes, site visits, dietary lists, seating charts. It lands on whoever is least able to say no.
02
The good venues are booked by August
Start in October and you're choosing from what's left, at peak-season pricing, with no leverage.
03
Five vendors, five contracts, one person chasing all of them
Caterer, AV, entertainment, transport, decor each with their own deposit terms and cut-off dates.
04
A budget that only becomes real at invoice time
Service charges, corkage, overtime, minimum spends. The final number rarely matches the one you approved.
Same event. None of it on your team's calendar.
Your team spends 60 minutes on this. Total.
One 30-minute brief, one plan approval, one final sign-off. We do the other 15–20 hours.
Venues held before they hit the public calendar
We book 20+ events a year in Finland, so we know who has December capacity and who quietly holds dates for repeat planners.
One contact, one thread, one contract
Every vendor is briefed, contracted and chased by us. You email one person and get an answer the same working day.
A per-head budget you approve before anything is booked
Line-by-line, including service charge and contingency. We flag anything that moves it by more than 5%.
How it works three steps, six weeks minimum

130 MIN
Discovery call
Headcount, date window, budget range, what last year's event got wrong. Free, no deck, no pitch.

25 WORKING DAYS
We plan and coordinate everything
You get 2-3 costed venue options and a full run-sheet. You pick one. We contract every vendor from there.

3EVENT DAY
You show up as a guest
We're on site from vendor load-in to last taxi. If something breaks, you hear about it after it's fixed.
Exactly what you get, and exactly what it costs
A standard engagement covers a single event from brief to load-out. Everything on the list is included not an upsell menu.

Commercials
Flat project fee based on headcount and complexity typically [1000€–3000€] for a 50–150 person event, confirmed in writing before we start. Vendor costs are passed through at cost: no markup, no commission from suppliers.
What we don't do: weddings, private parties, or 1,000-person conferences. If you need a full production agency with in-house AV crew, we'll say so on the call and point you to one.
- Venue sourcing & booking — 2–3 shortlisted options with costed comparisons, site visits arranged, contract negotiated
- Catering & menu selection — tastings where offered, full dietary and allergen handling per guest
- Activity & entertainment booking — team-building formats, DJs, hosts, photographers, briefed and contracted
- Vendor & supplier coordination — one contract with us, all sub-vendor chasing, deposits and deadlines on our side
- Invitations & RSVP handling — branded invite, RSVP tracking, dietary collection, final headcount to the venue
- Budget tracking — single live sheet, per-head cost visible at all times, sign-off required before any spend moves
- Run-sheet & timeline — minute-by-minute schedule shared with you, the venue and every vendor a week out
- Day-of on-site management — we're there from load-in to load-out, plus a post-event spend reconciliation
You're putting your name on this internally. Here's who you'd be trusting.
Two things make this different from a generic event planner. First, we only do corporate so the plan accounts for the things companies actually get wrong: mixed dietary requirements, alcohol policy, people who don't want to be photographed, getting 90 people home safely.
Second, we take no commission from venues or suppliers. Our recommendation is the best option for your brief, not the one that pays us most.

Our risk reversal: you approve the plan before you pay anything
The discovery call and the first costed plan are free. No fee is invoiced until you've signed off the venue, budget and run-sheet. If the plan isn't right, you walk away owing nothing.
The questions people actually ask us first
Something not covered? Ask on the call or email samuel.foltan@gmail.com and you'll get a plain answer, not a brochure.
Fine we'll work with it. We take over vendor coordination, catering, activities, run-sheet and day-of management, and review your venue contract for the things that usually bite: minimum spend, corkage, overtime and load-out times.
Six weeks is the practical minimum for a 50–150 person event. For December parties, book by October the venues worth having are usually gone by late summer. We've turned events around in three weeks, but the options narrow fast.
We're on site from vendor load-in to load-out, so problems get solved before you hear about them. Every vendor has a named backup in the plan.
Yes. You set the per-head budget and we plan inside it or tell you honestly what it won't cover. Existing suppliers stay if you want them we brief and manage them like any other vendor, and we take no commission either way.
About an hour in total: a 30-minute discovery call, a plan review, and a final sign-off. We handle RSVPs, dietary requirements and vendor questions directly so they don't land in anyone's inbox.
